Welcome to the Tournament Creator

What kind of tournament are you looking for?

What’s the difference?

Single Elimination

Single Elimination tournaments provide a platform where players compete for the winner position allowing them to advance until they lose. One loss, they’re out

It’s as simple as that. Beyond that, Huddle Up Sports allows you, as the organizer, to change up the tournament as you see fit. You can select things like how many players you will allow, how long it runs, if it’s seeded, payment options,…

Double Elimination

In Double Elimination, if a player loses, he/she still has a chance to come back.

But once a player loses twice, they’re out.

Domination

Domination tournaments allow players to fight for their place. They can look much like double, triple, or more elimination, depending on the number of participants.

They can take a bit more time for tournaments, but they ensure that, in the end, players are ranked as they should be. This works especially well when players’ seeds aren’t known.

As participants play against each other, they move up or down tiers depending on the results of their game.

When a participant has lost to every other player either directly, or by association, they are knocked out. That is, if they play someone who has lost to another player, it’s counted as if they had lost to both.

Olympic Style

Olympic Style tournaments require a group of 12 players or teams to run.

olympic format

The twelve teams are initially divided into 3 groups, labeled A, B, and C.

Each group, composed of 4 teams, then run their own round robin tournament.

round robin

The top team of each group from the Round Robin, along with the top 2 2nd place teams of each group advance to the next stage. At this point, it is essentially a Single Elimination tournament with the 8 teams left.
